CareCredit review in Pensacola, Florida: Care Credit Ripoff

I have been using care credit for YEARS... However - I have ALWAYS paid MORE than I owed on payments, and I am still at an unreasonably high balance. They do whatever they can to tack on "late fees" and penalties, to keep you paying. They tell you they only do e-checks, but they WILL accept credit cards on occasion, although getting them to do so is like pulling teeth, even though they charge a $15.00 transaction fee! I called today to make a payment with my card, and was told it was not possible (AGAIN) . I am Filing in Small claims court against them, and I plan on winning. I have everything documented and ready.... But with the level of service they provide, I doubt they will even show up for the hearing. This company is on the same level as loan sharks.

CareCredit review in Huntington, Vermont: Care Credit isn't there when I need it :(

Grrrrrrr I'm so angry. Never had a problem with Care Credit before - always tried to pay off my balance well before the time was up. We have a fairly large bill now. I went online and tried to make a payment and they cancelled it saying I have a 0 balance. Tried again thinking that maybe I put something in wrong. Again cancelled. Called (India? sounded like it) today and they told me I have to wait until I get my bill - in 3 WEEKS!! I explained that since we have so many bills coming in I try to pay something out of each paycheck. I guess that wasn't on her list of responses because she kept telling me I have to wait to have my bill mailed to me. Now I don't even know if they switched off my e-mail notification and I have to wait for a paper bill. We just got over the bills from a sick dog and now we're catching up on dental. My son is having 4 wisdom teeth removed in a month. What if the dog relapses? There is not going to be anything available when we need it. It used to be a god send. VERY disappointed in what Care Credit is becoming

CareCredit review in Rancho Cordova, California: Care Credit is wonderful!

I purchased a procedure from Dr. August Accetta, of The Accetta Institute in Huntington Beach, California. I paid $9,400.00 for a procedure to remove fat from one area and re-inject it into another area, with the promise of significant results. I did not obtain the promised results. Care Credit refunded me $5,375.00 for the portion of the charges that did not result in the promised result. (Because the fat removal worked, that had to be paid.) I was very impressed!! Truly, I did not expect a refund, but thought I would end up having to sue the doctor in court. Care Credit saved me a lot of grief. I will be forever grateful for their service, and am confident using them again.

I have been a Care Credit customer for many years. My pet would be in bad physical shape if it wasn't for the help with the finances!!

I have never had a problem with them. If you check your account BEFORE it is due there shouldn't be a problem with date changes!!

I am a new customer with this Care Credit Company. I have tried over and over to pay my account online.

I keep getting errors. I have been forced to call in to customer service for the last two months to pay my account. I stopped going paperless as of today because I need to see what is going on with my account. I was told I would not be charged for having to call in to pay my bill.

I pray they did not charge me anyway. I will see once I get my paper bill in the mail. This is frustrating. The website has script errors and no one seems to know why??

Does anyone care?? It is obvious that they don’t. Take this website down and fix the problems. I need to know what is going on with my account at all times.

Online gives me convenience but now this is causing me inconvenience.

My suggestions: Fire who is “manning” this website. #2 Give customer service a direct line to tech support for this website.

Same here as of 11/11/2014. I tried to make my first payment LAST MONTH before the last few days before due.

I couldn't log in to do it. Then got hit with a late fee. Today it's doing the same thing, a few days before the late fee appl's you can't log on.

I think they are ripping us off. I'm mailing mine in from now on, this company is A RIP-OFF.

CareCredit review in Grapevine, Texas: I been paying for 3 yrs and my balance is the same

I have been paying for over three years for a hearing aide and my balance due has never decreased and I get no bill from them what a rip off. I pay by bank e-check so i know that it not lost in the mail of corse credit care has my e-mail address but do they send a bill? Do they do anything except wait till you miss a payment then they do mail out a letter I really do not know what else to write about them I know that I tell everyone that talks about them what a ripoff they are.

I have sued Care Credit for years and have never had an issue not paid any interest. I take advantage of the no interest promotions making sure to pay off the balance 1 month prior to the promo expiration date.

The interest on the card is outrageous if not paid prior to any promo expiring. It is your duty as a consumer to understand the fine print and monitor each bill and each payment EVERY MONTH.

You can call them at any time and they will discuss your account or send you paper statements. You need to take responsibilty for your actions.

Care Credit also unabashedly admits to receiving payments on time, but it is their policy to post it up to a week after receiving, and then tacking on a late fee. Contact your attorney general. This bank is set up to rip off the poor and uninsured, profiting from a medical establishment that is already, unfortunately, for the rich only, and to take further advantage of the lower income.
