CareCredit review in Los Angeles, California: Care Credit - Insane APR & I have great credit?
Wow, I really wish I had read the user reviews for his company sooner. When I applied they gave me a really low APR and without missing a payment or ever being late and paying way above the amount due, they raised my APR to 24.00% without notice!! When I called the customer service dept they said that was actually a low APR, their current APR was @ 26% and the reason they could have such a high APR is because they were a privately owned company...DO NOT APPLY FOR GEMONEY/CARE CREDIT! So NOT worth it! Have your payment goes to just Interest!

Carecredit is the worst credit card company
I should have NEVER signed up for a credit card with these people. They have been known to hang up on me on the phone. They're customer service is HORRIBLE. They give you the treatment of being very soul-less & emotion-less. They have no care in the world for how they're customers feel. They try to get their clients in more debt than they already are. Today I called about account security. I was told I would be charged each month. They declined me for something I was only calling to ask a question for. aweful & bad.

Carecredit Account
CareCredit review in Bethesda, Maryland: Care credit for dental care
This company cheats people out of their money, they have some conditions in fine print that could get you into a lot of extra debt if the consumer is not absolutely careful. Late payments are definitely a no no. If you submit a late payment even by a day, they have punitive charges and can decide to cancel their no interest credit agreement with you without notice and charge even more fees at that point; from personal experience, late payments are acceptable to them as long as they can get more money from you in form of fees but as son as you decide to have a direct debit agreement with them, they suddenly drop their no interest agreement with you. It is a deceitful company and any wise consumer and dentists should think twice before accepting their credit or promoting it respectively.

CareCredit review in Lima, Ohio: The last couple of bills are arriving late-can't pay
I can't pay my bill on time if it is not being delivered to me on time. The last couple of bills have been that way. I am not sure who is at fault but all I know is I am getting penalized for someone not doing their job. It pretty disappointing when you work everday and you pay your bills and have good credit but when someone makes a mistake it seem that it is always the consumers who pay for it. It would be nice if companies were not always eager to make the extra money. I usually even pay more than the minimum payment.

CareCredit review in Yuma, Arizona: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAN GIVE A ***
Don't ever use Care Credit, they are deceitful, rude, non caring, non willing to work with customers. I have been paying on my bill for a good two years. I made two payments late (only because I did this on line on the date payment was due and it didn't arrive by 5:00 eastern time) One late fee I called and spoke with a rep and she said I was correct, and should not have been charged a late fee. The next statement I was credited the $39.99, but that my promotional expiration date had been terminated due to 3 late fees. Almost $1,000 in deferred finance charges was added to my account. When I called and spoke to a very rude rep and said I was even refund the last late fee, she said the rep I spoke with previously was incorrect in telling me I was not late. The rude rep just would not listen and insisted I had 3 late fees....sooooo rude. I called back and spoke to at least 6 "escalation specialists" all even more rude than the next (I thought that would be impossible) Anyway, noone was willing to hear me out and help me out. I wanted to pay this off, the rep was going to reduce the finance charge $50% but it had to be paid off that day (5 eastern standard time) which gave me an hour to go to my credit union (40 miles away) get money and then deposit into my bank. I didn't have time so I was screwed out of the discount. I called several times and everyone refused to give me the discount because "they gave me one change to pay it off" and could care less about the circumstances. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET WITH A COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR CARE CREDIT!!!!!

Carecredit Account
CareCredit review in New England, North Dakota: Waiting for a Refund
I have been getting the run around from Care Credit since Sept 09 on a refund that was overpaid , at first the told me a couple of weeks now they are telling me there was a mix up . My Account was paid off in Nov 08 . All they really need to do is give me what is due to me . My dentist sent it to them when the refund should have gone directly to me since the card was closed . They should of given it to me a long time ago , I think they are the worst run company ever

CareCredit review in Minneapolis, Minnesota: Overcharged me paid off bill sent to collection agency
i paid my bill in full, and carecredit sent my bill to a collection agency.my bill just seems to increase every time i make a payment.very frustrating that i couldnt make a payment over the phone, without being charged even more money yet.i will not ever use carecredit again,no matter what the circumstances may be.i think they are money hungry grubs, and the fine print is misleading, definately to there advantage.i even had a representative from the company help me pay online, only to find out that the payment i made never even went through.

CareCredit review in San Francisco, California: Care Credit
I have had all of the same problems that I have seen on all three websites and am now at the point of looking into a lawyer as of tomorrow. What makes this so disgusting to me is that this was a loan for me to be able to give my husband a child after suffering a brain tumor. But I see that some of you out there have already done so and have even filed a "class action lawsuit' which I am very much wanting and willing to be apart of if possible. So please notify me ASAP. Thankx rhiannonochoa@sbcglobal.net

CareCredit review in Montgomery, Texas: Thieves
Ge money bank/Care Credit, are thieves and liars. I sent a payment for 143.00, and they posted 43.00. It started with collection calls from India that eventually were up to 6 times a day at all hours. I spoke many times to them and 2 men admitted they could see the amount on the computer because they copy all checks. But it continued. I got letters informing me my agreed on interest rate was now revoked and 29.9% applied. Also 39.99 late charge. Mind you, at this point I'm 6 days "late". I did find an American address to send a letter and proof of payment. Not so much as a call, and magically it appears on my online statement. Bad business, bad people, loan sharks!

Marc probably works for them...!
Good deal my ***. I used care credit to pay a vet bill.
The "promotion" that I didn't know I was on (I guess because I didn't search for any fine print) expired. They charged me 30% of my original balance (the original charge was $2000, so a $600 charge), plus the APR is not 30%.
You don't pay interest if you make all your monthly payments in time. This 26% APR only applies if you miss payments. So if you are disciplined this is actually a pretty good deal (no interest for up to 18 months)...
