After repeatedly having problems with care credit not applying the money I paid via bank debit card and extra fees being added on, I took their offer to settle, which of course is not good for my credit rating. Somehow they could not apply my payments even though there were thousands of dollars in my bank account.

I am always able to pay bills this way with every other agency. On top of that, they continue to bill for full the amount even after I paid the agreed amount.

This was supposed to be a convenient way to pay for medical & veterinary. I am so sorry that I used this kind of credit as it is ruining mine,
