I was discriminated against. And have been trying to get in touch with a manager for help.
When I spoke to the first manager Ren she said that I needed to speak with another manager Leah. Then she said I would have to speak with her manager Jeff counselor. She would not give me a number or any information. She said nothing she can do.
They told me to pay the overage of 232.00 and I have a perfect credit score. Synchrony bank discriminated against me. I was adviced to pay an overage that I did not yet approve nor should they have. And then they said I have to wait 48 hours.
No one is helping me. Do not go with this company
