I was able to get someone on the phone instantly when I was trying get approved with CARECREDIT. I received my card/information in the mail.
No matter what I do, I cannot register on the online account system. I have tried to call, email, and send a certified letter to try to get someone to contact me and assist me with getting registered online so that I can make my payments conveniently online. I have received no call, email, letter, or response. My next payment is due December 25th.
I have not received my statement either. I think this company gives you the run around so that you will have a greater chance of missing a payment and then they can make more money off of you.
