A Family member used my card without my information, how I found out was when I went to use my card and they said it has been cancelled and turned over to the collection agency. I would like to get this matter taken care of as soon as possible because I need to get my credit restored.

I have had Care Credit for years and now can't use this card because of another person using it without my permission and they stole my identity. The Fraud department is investigating this person because of the damage he has caused me.
