I tried to access my account online and got a message to call customer service. I did so and was told I had to reset my password.
I did and still couldn't access my account. Called again and was told it was my computer's fault. Restarted and tried again, told I needed to reset the password. Did so and got the same error message.
Called a third time and was told it was my problem. Very bad attitudes and absolutely no help at all. I've always paid my bills on time, never had any trouble before. After this bill is paid I will never use care credit again.
Plenty of good customer service agents out there. too bad none work for care credit.
