Used CreditCare once just to keep my account current. Paid my one bill off EARLY in FULL, and still got a bill AND a late charge. Spoke to a representative and she acknowledged that my bill was paid and that I would not be be billed for a late charge (how kind...). Have not used CreditCare since and received a notice of no balance due (January 2015). Received another notice the following month charging me for a late charge!!! Can you be anymore incompetent??? Do you work for the Obama administration or the Hillary Clinton Foundation?

Would not recommend CareCredit to anyone!!!
