I had the sad plight of speaking to a nasty customer service by name of Mary ID # 1501 who worked in the Orlando, FL. who berated me for asking questions regarding my account.
I was caught by surprised by her obnoxious comment which to me is a a marked of a rude and inconsiderate individual who only wants my money to begin with.
They need to get more training on how to handle customers and answers customers questions with utmost care and respect.
My experience today with this person is appalling, I would get rid of my care credit account once and for all. Very bad experience.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $335.
