I pay my bill every month on time and double my payments so that I don't get charged interest. I was told that I have 12 months to pay it off with no interest and I just figured out how much I would have to pay each month to get that done and I am almost finished paying it off.

I have had no problems. If you do that you should be fine!

I will and will reccomend GE to every one I know. I've learned listen to and go by the rules, and you will be satisfied.

Um, same here. I used care credit for my cat's vet and I have 6 months to pay off my bill with no interest. I have a $25 limit as well, I pay double that every month, and for the last two months I've been paying quadrupedal that (just so I can pay it off on time) and I don't use auto-pay to do it. I only have 1 more payment left 2 months before the end of the 6 month promotion, and have had no problems so far. Actually I had forgotten what the specific date for when my 6 month promotion was up (I just knew to pay everything off before the end of feb), but it doesn't matter, because care credit reminded me that I have 60 days left by posting it on my actual online account, which shows that they aren't trying to make you late for your payments.

I'm the kind of person who doesn't need to be reminded to pay my bills. I don't wait for a bill to show up in my mailbox or in my e-mail to tell me that I need to pay it. I just 'know' I have to pay my bill every month (unless it fluctuates of course) and when that time comes around, then I pay it, and I have never had any problems.

I think a lot (not all) of the reviewers here are people who are frustrated with their financial state and need someone to blame. If you 'remember' to pay your bill on time and pay it off before the promotion ends, then you'll have no problems. If you think you can't pay it off before the promotion ends, then don't bother doing it in the first place. If you do end up doing it, and you know you can't pay it off before the promotion ends, but you do it anyway because you really have to, don't blame care credit when you can't pay your bills on time. Don't blame anyone, You had to do what you had to do and that's that. Stuff happens, and sometimes we gotta put ourselves in debt just to get by.

Anyhow, I wouldn't say that I would suggest care credit to anyone else. Credit card loans in general are horrible ideas. Banks, in general, are evil and I loathe them all. But desperate times called for desperate measures, and well thank goodness for care credit's 'no interest' promotion. They helped pay for kitty's medical procedures and I didn't feel like I sold my soul to the devil by agreeing to their services.

P.S. I do not work for care credit. I 'm just someone who has different priorities than some, who pays their bills on time, online, and without auto-pay or a reminder, and after I sign a contract, I make sure I read everything in the contract to avoid violating any terms and conditions.

To the comment about being finacially secure.

My bill is only 25.00 a month. I pay all my bills first, but I don't make unnecessary bills either. Don't make bills that you can't pay is my advise to you.

I try not to over extend myself finacially and I do not have alot of material things. Just like the average person - just making it!

I am Happy for you being so financially secure. I wish we all had extra money to pay on time, but sometimes life just doesn't work out that way for everyone.
