I contacted Car Credit's customer service to find out my balance so I could pay it off before interest charges were applied. I decided to do this because my previous statement showed them charging me interest before the introductory offer said I would be charged.
Their representative told me he deleted the interest and told me my balance was $309.00. I paid the balance thru my bank (on line banking).
I received a statement from them today with a $400.00 plus balance that also shows where my payment of $309.00 was accepted. I checked my bank statement that shows the payment went thru as well.
I will file a complaint with the BBB and possibly the Attorney Generals Office in South Carolina. An extremely poor company to do business with. When I first opened the account all their paper work was sent to me in Spanish. I called them and reported this so they would send the papers in English.
They did not send them. This issue was on file as well.
