I am trying to get the mailing address for credit card to send my bill into the company, I think there's a bill that comes out each month
why can't CareCredit issue a 'letter of deletion' so an application can be reentered?
My application for CareCredit was turned down because the address on the application did not match the one on file with the credit bureau. somehow the application had turned my road number into an apartment number.
This caused it to be rejected. I spent 3 hours back and forth between the credit bureau and Synchrony Bank and CareCredit. I was unable to resubmit the application and they also told me that they could not provide me with a letter of deletion that would take the application off the credit report and allow me to re-enter it and making sure it was not my mistake. The only reason we considered CareCredit is because my husband is getting dental surgery and it provided interest free financing for a year.
Synchrony Bank is useless - lousy customer service as well as Carecredit. Guess what?
I don't need your carecredit or any other credit care I had through you. cancelled all credit cards through Symchrony Bank....So long losers!!!!!!

I am applying for Care Credit for my dental work, but my Dad is going to use his information for me to receive the card. I'm in the process of Divorce and my credit has took a hit, not the great credit I had before.
My Dad agreed to do this for me.
The work will be done on me, however the name on the card will be his. I just wanted to know if there's a different application or terms for this?
