CareCredit - FitBit Offer
This company ran a promotion for a free FitBit. I registered online and waited for the first 2 payments to be paid on my card, as required. I have called 3 times to check on my FitBit and have been given the runaround each time, all with a different excuse for not receiving the item. In my humble opinion, this promotion is like many others, nothing but a scam to get you to open an account. To me, this is poor customer relations and should be illegal.

CareCredit - Harrassing phone calls
I missed one payment by accident and they have started calling me about five times a day. Night and day and my home and cell phone. I only missed one payment after at least 3 yrs of paying on time. When you call them back it is only a msg telling you how much money you owe. You can not even reach a person to talk to.
I applied and was approved. I was told wait somewhere around 10 days for my card. (Can't remember the exact amount now) I never received it. I called and was rudely told to wait longer. I ended up cancelling the card not knowing Care Credit reported a lost or stolen...Read more

I have tried 3 times to speak to someone who speaks english.
THAT IS THE SAME LADY WHO I SPOKE TO ALSO!! Omg! Horrible, horrible customer service. I will never use them again, even if I'm desperate. So, here goes -- I applied for CareCredit and was approved with like 18 months 0% interest or something like that. When that...Read more
