Horrible. Destroyed my credit for no reason. My husband died and I missed one payment. They closed my account, so I couldn't pay them online and when I called to ask how to pay they told me the account was closed so I couldn't pay. Then they destroyed my credit because I didn't pay them!

The supervisor I spoke to was talking over me more than half the time of our conversation. I called them to resolve an issue with my billing statement, but she was more interested to listen to herself. It seems like she had a bigger issue to resolve than the one I called them for. This institution doesn't have a physical location, and this is the quality of their customer support.

Beware of 0% promotion scam

I use this card to pay for medical expenses and vet bills. When I take an advance, I make sure to set up my auto payment so that itll be paid off before the 0% promo ends.

I just found out that instead of putting my full payment onto the promo that expires the soonest, they are dispersing it among other advances that expire later.

If I was not paying attention and didnt sign onto the account to make sure that advance was paid off before Mar 4th, I wouldve been charged about 29% interest on the full advance.

When I asked why this happened, I was told by a supervisor that nobody knows and there is nothing they can do about it. When I asked for the phone number to synchrony to talk to them, I was told that I had to Google it and they wont give me a phone number.

They fix for this issue was that every time and auto pay polls that I have to keep track of it and call them to make sure that it all went to the latest promo.

You cannot see the disbursement on your statement or on their website. Its a backhanded way of charging you there insane interest rates.

Shame on you!

The worst experience. Synchrony bank will charged a deferred interest if you don't pay in full the balance... meaning I was about to finish my loan, and they charge over $3,200 in interest,. Never use this credit line. Customer services said nothing they can do

I've used care credit before for smaller procedures (less than $1500) and had no problems. Then I got older and procedures are way more expensive now.

My bill was $20000+ so of course I had no choice but to apply for care credit. Got approved for 10k. It's awesome to have a choice to pay a bill without interest. It good that I was told how much to pay to avoid the interest and it worked with my smaller bills, but why didn't it work with my large bill?

My memory isn't as great as it used to be and totally forgot when the "interest free" part would end. They didn't give me a notice that it was ending and if they did, they buried it where I didn't see it. My bill came in and was charged nearly $6000 in interest!!! I feel like I was taken advantage of.

It is certainly not best practice. THANK YOU CREDIT KARMA FOR HELPING ME RUIN MY LIFE

Report Accident and need your Automobile Carriers Phone number.

On Monday 02-05-24 while at Westerstone Dentistry in Fuquay-Varina a Sales rep. form Care Credit Hit my car we talked and he called the insurance or his office and stated he filed the claim.

As I stated by the car she stated the case #255**** to me and got my name, phone number and my Insurance company. I sent Brandon Woodard an e-mail asking for info but have not received a reply. I tried for 1 1/2 hours yesterday to contact someone at Care Credit but could not get through. Finally I went though a back door and got someone you gave me some info but no insurance number.

I would appreciate a call or e-mail with that information so we can get this straighten out. His car had no damage but mine did.

Please make sure this get to the correct personnel or CEO if needed. Thanks

Go to the police of municipality where this happened and file a police report/statement. Get names of workers in office that will verify.

Call his work just asking for his boss and relay the info to his boss. I would also tell your insurance company so it’s on the record.

Closed Account with no warning

I have been with CareCredit for six years...I opened this account up for my vet bills...I have never missed a payment and have paid early on my payments...I just talked to Customer Service and they are saying that they closed my account because I am High Risk Fail to pay...WTH...They then said I had to pay my remaining balance...Why they closed the account not me...I will be telling everyone I know not to do business with them.

Awful Customer Service

I applied for a Care Credit account online and was told that I prequalified and should give them a call. I was in the middle of another task that I had snatched a 5-min break from to apply as I need some dental work done.

I set it aside to call later. 24 hours later, they have deleted my information but I am no longer allowed to prequalify online on account of "Having applied too recently".

Tried to call to sort out the situation - my credit score and capacity to pay have not changed, after all, only to be road blocked by an automated system at every possible honest choice for me to make.

Put a human being on the line.

People are helpful and informative. Your robots are not.

I used care credit to pay for a deep cleaning at Sage Dentist and they basically messed up my gums and had to go several times to get this resolved. The dentist at the time told me no worries we will reimburse . They never did and I palace a complaint with Care Credit not to pay and nothing was ever done. This was a year ago and I am still fighting with them over this charge.

I got no service from them or aspen dental and aspen back out of the agreement but care credit sent me a bill for 400 dollars for what I have no clue but now I owe 600 for them doing nothing the

I went to aspen dental we sign papers for implants 17500 care credit 10000 well aspen dental aded 33000 more that I could afford I call care credit so they could get the money back but now they say I owe them 400 but now it 600 but want tell me for what just that I owe them I got no service so they just want me to pay them money I don't think that's right aspen dental is the one that back out they should be charging them not me that like saying you owe me money now pay me that's wrong d

They sent my account to collections when I was paying

I had closed my account because I was getting nowhere in paying off the debt. I was to pay $20/month until the balance was paid off. I did this for about 3 months until the next time I went to pay, they had taken CareCredit off of my account. Now I am getting collection calls saying they sent it to collections. I was paying my bill, so why would they screw me over and send to collections? Now it is messing with my credit and when I call, they bounce me around from person to person.

I called to see if my 0% interest was only promotional or if it still applied, ad I have a friend who needs to use my card for her pet. I listened to every option and none would connect me to a person. My question was outside of those options and even pressing one of them in am attempt to talk to a person didn't help. I also tried their chat on their website. Useless
