I have called about 3 times, all bad but this last time was the customer service I have ever seen. She answered the call rudely, and it went down hill from there.
I was just trying to find out what happens if you dont pay in full within the 6 months. She was so rude, and short with me. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and Im 100% sure she just transferred me to her coworker because she said she wasnt a supervisor and didnt know if there were any there.
Pathetic company and will never use the Care Credit card again. Definitely wont recommend it to anyone.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $7200.
