I have talked to at least customer service reps. All dumb foreigners.
I was getting calls on Sunday mornings at 7:30am. And between 4-6 calls a day. I know my rights and wrote a cease and desist letter to stop all phone calls. They are still calling.
When I signed up for this card I was told I could make a small payment of $25/mo with no interest. The bill was wrong right off the bat. I told them if they don't correct the bill I will ignore all calls and throw the bill in the trash. Which is what I have been doing.
I'd like to take legal action against them because I know they are breaking the law. Can anyone tell me who I need to contact to file a claim?
