I've been attempting to login online for a little less than month since I've received my card. After I entered my information on the Synchrony site, I received a message that my account cant be found.
I called customer service and they told me my social security number doesn't match in their system so I am not able to login. I asked for resolution and for them to update my social and after having to provide it twice over the phone (obviously dangerous) they tell me, they cant help me unless I send in a copy of my social. Who does that???? Why would I need to send a copy of social (again, also dangerous) because their system cant update my correct information??
I will pay what I I owe on this card and close my account. I do not recommend you apply for this card, the customer service is horrendous!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $402.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
