I paid my total balance with the co. they cashed my check on the 16 of aug and they must have misplaced it.

It was NEVER posted to my account but deducted from my checking and they have now sent me to collections for an error on their part. I have made multiple calls to the company even providing them with the check number and they continue to treat me like I have not paid the bal. I receive at least 4 calls a day from the collections agency and when I call back to ensure I will not incur any penalty fees as it is not my fault they continue to ask me to pay the bal.

The customer serv. reps are all very rude and nasty
