This is the worst customer service.. I waited the 7-10 days..well?

Where is it? And as for contacting them, impossible. You can't even comment on here without saying 100 words... Very poor...

So I font know what else to say... They need to change alot because I personally think they're very very un professional. They just keep you waiting.. No confirmation or anything of what's going on!

That's all I have to say!!!!

So I suppose I'll apologize for this but just type random words because your customer service is disgusting and you can't even write and email for help with out rules... Do your jobs and help!
